If CheapIPTV isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of activation and we'll refund your subscription. We want you streaming happily, not locked into something that doesn't fit.
How to request a refund
Email support@cheapiptv.ca from the address on your order and include your order ID (format CIP-XXXXXX). Refund requests made within the 7-day window are processed promptly back to your original Interac e-Transfer payment.
What's covered
The guarantee covers first-time subscriptions that cannot be made to work after our support team has assisted with setup. It does not cover issues caused by an inadequate internet connection (we recommend 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K) or misuse of the service.
